Refund Policy

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain paid access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case. Refunds for billing errors are issued at our discretion.

Experiments and Usage

Creating and running experiments constitutes material use of the platform. If you have created 3 or more experiments during a billing period, that period's subscription fee is non-refundable, regardless of when the refund is requested. Collected experiment responses remain accessible for the remainder of the paid period.

Lifetime Plan

Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have made fewer than 30 simulation runs and created fewer than 3 experiments under the plan. After 14 days, beyond 30 runs, or from the third experiment onward, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email joespeed@behaviouralengines.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out directly first — disputes are almost always resolved faster this way.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be communicated via email and posted here with a revised date.
